The 4 W’s by Amos Goodall

I Came across an amazing article today by Amos Goodall and had to share it!  In his article Mr. Goodall speaks to the importance of beginning the conversation around how you want the end stages of life to be handled, and how to begin the conversation around such a difficult topic.

While he comes at it form a different angle than we do at our workshops, the essence is the same.  You have the right to dictate how your healthcare and end of life measures go, but you have to make it known to those you love and those who may ultimately be making the decisions for you.  Then you have to make sure your wishes are properly documented, to eliminate any confusion during an event that could be years down the road.

As with so many things in life there  is a right way and a wrong way to handle this, and the difference may not be readily apparent. Often times when our client’s first connect with us, they don’t even know what they don’t know about issues like this.  That is why we at Jeffrey P. Reisner, Esq.,  focus on education by providing frequent, free and fun workshops to teach you exactly what you don’t even know  you don’t know, and much, much, more!  Call us at (315) 422-6666 in the Syracuse, Manlius or Central New York area.

We hope to see you soon, and remember, its about Your Life, Your Legacy, and YOUR peace of mind.
